Hi everyone,
I recently paid my IPTV provider to renew my subscription, but it hasn’t been updated.
It’s been a few days now and:
My service is still inactive
The app hasn’t refreshed
I’ve sent messages and emails with no reply
There’s no announcement or explanation
I’ve never had this issue before, so I’m not sure if this is temporary or if something more serious is going on.
Has anyone experienced this?
Should I wait longer, or is it time to move on and find a new provider?
QUESTION
Hi Annai,
Unfortunately, this does happen sometimes in the IPTV space.
When a provider stops responding after payment, it can mean a few different things. Sometimes they’re dealing with server or technical issues. Other times, the service may have shut down without notice. And in some cases, support just becomes unreliable.
If you’ve tried contacting them several times with no response, it’s usually not a good sign. Waiting longer rarely changes the outcome.
What I’d Recommend
1. Don’t make another payment
Until they respond clearly and restore service, avoid sending any additional money.
2. Consider moving on
If communication has completely stopped, it may be safer to look for another provider.
3. Test before committing
When choosing a new IPTV service:
Start with a short-term plan
Ask for a trial if possible
Test during evening peak hours
Check channel speed, buffering, and EPG accuracy
Reliability and support are just as important as channel count.
If you’re researching alternatives, you can also check independent reviews before deciding. For example, we’ve published a detailed breakdown of MoonCast IPTV, including real usage testing, device compatibility, and performance during peak hours.
It’s always better to review real testing results first rather than relying only on provider promises.
